Ishikawa's prized Nodoguro (Blackthroat Sea Perch, Doederleinia berycoides) — a rich, fatty white fish, simply salt-grilled.
Noto Beef — Ishikawa Prefecture's branded black wagyu, grilled over charcoal.
Kanazawa's local oden — assorted ingredients slow-simmered in a clear dashi broth. Choose 5, 7, or 10 pieces.
Daily-changing sashimi from the Sea of Japan — seasonal white fish, sweet shrimp, and aged Nodoguro.

About Our Restaurant
Hokuriku's Sea, Noto, and Kaga
A taste of Hokuriku on every plate. We work with fresh Sea-of-Japan seafood, Noto Beef (Ishikawa's branded wagyu), Kanazawa oden, and Kaga heritage vegetables, alongside a deep roster of Ishikawa and Hokuriku local sake. The kappo approach — restraint, balance, and respect for the ingredient — meets izakaya warmth.

Fine Japanese cooking has long felt formal and out of reach. Kuzushi ("loosened") kappo is our answer: serious technique, served casually. Drop in for a quick bite, or take your time over a full course.
