About Our Restaurant

Local Seafood & Sake

A taste of Fukui's sea and its sake. We work with fresh Sea of Japan seafood, Fukui Wagyu, Fukui Pork, and a deep roster of local sake (Kokuryū, Born, Ippongi, Tokoyama and more). The kappo approach — restraint, balance, and respect for the ingredient — meets izakaya warmth.

Three set courses from ¥3,850 (tax incl.) per person. All-you-can-drink option available with course orders — 2 hours, ¥2,200 (tax incl.).

Full Charter

Available for groups of 25 or more (maximum 45 guests). Ideal for welcome / farewell parties, year-end gatherings, and corporate events.

Peak periods: On Friday / Saturday / pre-holiday evenings, Golden Week, Obon and New Year, seating is limited to 2 hours.

FAQ

Can I make a reservation?
Yes — by phone (from 15:00) or online 24/7. If your group size changes, please call us by the day before.
What kind of seating do you have?
Counter seats (7), table seats (up to 30), and weather-permitting terrace seats (+20). We do not have private rooms. For full charters, groups of 25+ can reserve the entire restaurant (max 45 guests).
Can I order the all-you-can-drink option without a course?
The all-you-can-drink option is only available together with a course order. 90 min ¥1,650 (tax incl.) or 120 min ¥2,200 (tax incl.).
I'm visiting from out of town — what local dishes and sake do you recommend?
Our seafood from Echizen Port, Fukui Pork, mackerel heshiko (fermented mackerel), and oroshi soba are signature Fukui dishes. We also stock a wide selection of Fukui's most celebrated sake — Kokuryū and Born among many others. In winter, Echizen Zuwai (snow crab) is our seasonal highlight.
Can you arrange a custom course for international guests?
Yes. We've regularly hosted custom courses in the ¥5,000–¥10,000 range. Please call us at least one week in advance so we can source the best ingredients for your visit.
Can you accommodate allergies, dislikes, or vegetarian diets?
Yes — for course bookings, we can adjust dishes for allergies, dislikes, and vegetarian preferences. Please call us in advance.
Do you have a menu in English?
Yes — this English site shows our menu in detail. Staff can also help with menu explanations and recommendations in simple English.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, JCB, VISA, MasterCard, and AMEX.
Is there parking?
No dedicated parking. Please use nearby coin parking.
Is smoking allowed indoors?
The restaurant is non-smoking inside, with a designated smoking area outside.
Do you have children's chairs?
We do not have dedicated children's chairs.
Can I bring a cake for a celebration?
Whole cakes from a cake shop are welcome. Cut cakes and homemade cakes cannot be served on-site for food safety reasons. We can also prepare a dessert plate decorated for birthdays — please ask when reserving.
When are lunch and dinner last orders?
Lunch last order is 14:30 (or until lunch sells out). Dinner food L.O. is 22:00, drink L.O. 22:30. We close at 23:00.
