Echizen Zuwai Crab & Fukui Bounty Full Course

Approx. 600g of Echizen Zuwai snow crab (Chionoecetes opilio) per guest, plus one whole Seiko crab (female Zuwai, prized for its inner roe). Zuwai season: Nov 6 – Mar 20. Seiko crab is only landed for about 8 weeks, Nov 6 – Dec 31. Crab quality and size vary by daily market; photos are illustrative.

Can I make a reservation? What if our group size changes?
You can reserve by phone (from 9:00) or online 24/7. If your group size changes, please call us by the day before.
I'm visiting from outside Fukui — what local specialties and sake do you offer?
We feature Fukui specialties — Zuwai crab, Seiko crab, hama-yaki saba (straw-fired mackerel), Takeda atsuage, saba heshiko (fermented mackerel), oroshi soba, Echizen crab, sweet shrimp and more, varying by season. Local sake: Kokuryu, Born, Hakugakusen and others.
Can I order Zuwai crab or Seiko crab year-round?
Basically yes — most of the year. We may sell out, so phone reservation is recommended to guarantee availability.
Can you arrange a custom course for entertaining out-of-town or foreign guests?
Yes. Please call us with your budget and any preferences. For premium ingredients we ask for at least 1 week's advance notice.
Do you have private rooms?
Yes — 9 private rooms for 2 to 60 guests.
Is your restaurant smoke-free?
We have separated smoking areas. A designated smoking room is on the premises, so families can enjoy meals without secondhand smoke.
Can children eat here? Do you have a kids' menu?
Yes — children are welcome. By reservation we offer a Kids' Course from ¥1,500.
Do you have high chairs for small children?
Yes — high chairs suitable for children up to 24 months are available.
Can I request a course at a specific (tax-incl.) budget?
Yes — please call us and discuss with our staff. Example: course + 2h all-you-can-drink at exactly ¥7,000 per person.
Can you accommodate allergies / dislikes / vegetarian diets?

Can I order all-you-can-drink only (without a course)?
No — all-you-can-drink is only available with a course order.
May I bring a cake?
Whole cakes from a cake shop only — cut cakes or homemade cakes cannot be served. We also offer a dessert platter for birthdays on request.
